Chilled Creamy Tomato Soup



4 tomatoes cored, deseeded and chopped (20 ounces/560 gr)
1 cup olive oil
1 sweet red pepper
1 clove of garlic
1 spring onion
5 tbsp Greek yogurt
2 tsp spanish smoked paprika
1 tsp dried oregano
salt & pepper to taste

for garnish:
2 tsp chopped parsley
1 boiled egg diced
caramelised black balsamic vinegar
