Green Olive Hummus

2 cans Organic Chickpeas (drained and rinsed) or 16 oz fresh chickpeas,soaked, drained and rinsed

1/2 cups Mario Green Olives, pitted

6 Garlic Cloves

1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Juice from 1 Lemon

Salt and Pepper to taste (I didn’t add any but you could if you wanted to)

Smoked Paprika, to garnish (optional)

3 Green Olives, diced, to garnish (optional)

1 teaspoon Olive Oil, to garnish (optional)
