2 medium zucchinis thinly sliced to about 1/4-inch thick rounds
1/2 tsp salt or to taste
1/4 tsp pepper or to taste
2 cups Panko breadcrumbs
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
1 tsp oregano dried
1 cup all-purpose flour
3 large eggs beaten
