8 ounces Gruyere, shredded
1 cup shredded Asiago cheese
1/2 – 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, depending on taste
6 ounces thinly sliced pepperoni
6 ounces thinly sliced salami
6 ounces thinly sliced ham
2 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
