1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
1/4 teaspoon Salt (or salt to taste)
1 tablespoon Fresh Thyme Leaves (or 1 teaspoon dried Thyme Leaves)
2 cups Beef Broth
1 tablespoon Butter
3 tablespoons Flour
4 ½ to 5 tablespoons Beef Broth or Water
