1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
3 cup shredded Mexican-blend cheese*
1-2 chipoltes (in adobo), finely chopped
2 tsp Adobo seasoning**
2 cups elbow macaroni
1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
1 tbs olive oil
2-3 green onions, sliced
