
Super Healthy Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients:
½ cup strawberries
¼ cup blackberries
¼ cup raspberries
½ cup blueberries
¼ cup pomegranate arils
¼ cup sliced bananas
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
½ cup spinach
½ cup baby kale
¼ cup yogurt (your favorite flavor)
½ cup acai juice (Sambazon recommended)
½ cup coconut water
*Previously frozen or fresh fruit can be used. If berries are not frozen, they will need to be cleaned and frozen at least a day ahead, or until ready serve.
