Filling:
1 cup whole milk, divided
4 large egg yolks
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
8 oz white chocolate, finely chopped
4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, at room temperature
1/3 cup confectioners’ sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt
12 Oreo cookies, roughly chopped
