Ingredients:

Chocolate Cupcakes
Orange Chocolate Ganache:
120 g dark chocolate, chopped
3/4 cup heavy cream
1 tsp finely grated orange zest
1 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tsp orange liqueur (optional) ( I use Cointreau)
Orange Buttercream:
2 cups icing sugar (230g)
1/2 cup butter (113g)
1 tsp finely grated orange zest
2 tsp fresh orange juice
