Grilled Peach and Bacon Pizza

For the Crust:
¾ cup lukewarm water
1 teaspoon active dry yeast
2 cups all purpose flour
1½ teaspoons kosher salt
1½ tablespoons olive oil
For the Peaches:
2 teaspoons olive oil
1-2 ripe peaches
For the Pizza:
1 cup part skim mozzarella, shredded
½ cup sharp white cheddar, shredded (Cabot is my reliable recommendation!)
2 tablespoons blue cheese crumbles (or Feta)
4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
⅓ cup red onion, thinly sliced
⅓ cup torn fresh basil
