1 (14 ounce) can no-salt-added diced tomatoes, with juices
2 bay leaves
1 tablespoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
1½ cups dry long-grain rice
2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
